Each device may only support one Account per game.

Goiance may suspend, restrict, modify, or terminate any Account — without prior notice — if it suspects a violation of these Terms, illegal activity, misconduct, or any use that conflicts with the intended experience of the Service.

Accounts inactive for 180 consecutive days may be permanently removed.
All components of the Service — including software, art, animations, characters, sound, gameplay mechanics, text, and all related intellectual property — belong entirely to Goiance.
You acknowledge that all rights associated with an Account remain the exclusive property of Goiance. You do not own your Account.
All virtual currency, items, and other digital assets within our games are owned or licensed by Goiance. You do not possess ownership rights to them, even if earned or purchased.
"User Content" refers to all data, messages, images, audio, or other material you submit through the
Service.

Goiance is not obligated to pre-screen User Content. You understand that you may encounter content that you find inappropriate. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
